The MTV reality star and her lesbian lover then dropped by Starbucks, where they ended up running into Brittny Gastineau.
The three ladies chatted for awhile before going their separate ways - with Tila and Courtenay surely ready for a little alone time as Miss Tequila had just recently returned from a holiday vacation in Jamaica.
